UX case:
Siga bem concurseiro
The project was about to make a solution for students of "concurso público" (like a Civil service exam in the US). This kind of study should reach multiple formats, contents and difficulties levels. In Brazil the "concursos" allow access to work in publics jobs, considering that all kind of jobs and contents could be studied and avaliable. Besides that everyday a "concurso" may be open for apply and the time to study may be short or a long term, there's a lot of issues to be solved for the users, the student can be lost sometimes, so we have to help them.

Research
As all UX job the first step is to listen to the users, get to know them with interviews and surveys. With the content we collected we could elaborate a task flow and the personas to understand the needs and issues we may solve with our app.
Define and Ideation
Then we start the Defination and the ideation steps of UX, each one in its own time. The tools we worked here was the:
• Value proposition Canvas: To understand what value the user is searching for, what kind of solutions would solve theirs problems.

We was creating a new product, trying to solve a problem to users that don't use apps for it, so is extremely important to understand the market, how this company could work, what and how would occurs the client's relationship, how does it cost to, where comes the money to make this business on.

Prototyping and testing
For finishing we define a task flow and drew all screens, thinking only in the experience, and adding some UI content to make this easy and understable. We made a low fidelity prototype on Marvel app, we test it with users, got feedbacks and them I made a high fidelity prototype on Adobe XD.
